We collect name, email, phone, message and technical data from forms to reply, provide services, comply with law and protect rights. Bases: consent, contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 20.06.2024 № 3834-IX. We process only lawful, adequate and necessary data.
3. Recipients and retention
Hosting, email, CRM and advisers may process data for us under confidentiality. We do not sell data. Requests are kept 24 months after last contact; contract and accounting records for statutory periods; consent records 12 months, unless law requires longer.
